When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders are made to order and can be expected to ship approximately four weeks from the date the order was placed. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, which takes approximately two days.
What is your return policy?
Customized products are non-returnable. This includes but is not limited to: duvets, dust ruffles, headboards, bulletin boards, chair slipcovers, storage ottomans, laundry bags, all pillows and shams, all window treatments, closet and shower curtains, and monogrammed items.
DSD has samples available in-store and for purchase online to help with fabric selection before orders are finalized. Please utilize samples and in-store consultants if you have any doubts before an order is placed.
What type of fabric do you use?
All DSD's fabrics are 100% cotton.
How do I wash my items?
Products should be washed in cold water with Woolite to preserve the dye.
Do you have measurements for my school?
DSD has measurements for several schools and dorms, including the University of Alabama, Auburn University, and Ole Miss. All measurements can generally be found using your school's Residence/Dorm Life website or by calling the school's respective department.
Dust Ruffles fit all Twin and Twin XL dorm beds.
Chair Slipcovers are one size fits most.
