Shipping within the United States When item is in stock when orders are placed, orders are normally delivered within 7-10 business days from the day they are shipped. Standard shipping is via UPS Ground. Shipping fees are based upon order amount and rates are displayed at check-out before transactions are finalized. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. We are not able to ship items to P.O. boxes. Our goal is to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt. We ship in-stock items from our warehouses within 1-4 business days of the time you order. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, excluding holidays. Orders in process cannot be canceled, nor can any part of an order that has already shipped.
