We  make every effort to reply to E-inquiries within the same day they are received on weekdays. Because our inventory and ordering and fulfillment systems are computerized, E-mail is the best and most efficient way to manage communications. Your E-inquires can be immediately directed to the customer service representative who has direct access to your order.

Our office staff is happy to speak with you and take messages on the phone: however  they do not have access to the order details that most customer service questions require.
